Online Lighting Platform

We are delighted to announce the launch of our online lighting portal for both Tennis & Badminton aswell as the heaters in the Badminton Hall.

Open https://lightingsports.com/ennistennisclub/app.aspx (we recommend saving a shortcut to your phone)

Once you access the webpage: Register your details by adding your name, email and password and press register.

Click the BUY CREDITS on top right hand side of the page and select the number of credits you wish to purchase (20, 30, 40 or 50).

Using the lighting online portal for Tennis & Badminton

Once you have pre purchased your credits you will see your credit balance on the top right hand side of the page.

Select the number of tokens you wish to use (Each token is equivalent to €1 and gives you 15 mins of lights)

Select the court or heater you wish you use the tokens on and then select the switch lights on button at the bottom of the page and the lights/heater will be turned on.

If for example two players wish to share the cost of the lights for a 90 min slot -they both select 3 tokens(45 mins) each on their portal login.

If you forget your phone you can still use €1 coins in the coin box inside the clubhouse.

Rules

1. Playing time is 90 minutes
2. Peak times are Monday - Friday 17:00 - 21:30
3. Players may only have one peak time booking on the system per night
4. Players are not permitted to book slots and take part in Club sessions on the same night
5. Players are limited to 3 slots per 7 days at Peak Times
6. You may book up to four days in adhead
7. All player names must be included on each booking
8. Players are not allowed to book multiple courts concurrently, and not allowed to make back-to-back bookings
9. Guests must be signed in by a member. Members should select "Non member / Guest" from the top of the list and ensure that correct guest fee is paid
10. During Group Booking Sessions using 4 courts the spare Court must be left for those member catagories not involved in those sessions
11. During Junior Coaching using 4 Courts on Thursdays and Saturdays the 5th Court is to be used by adults only and juniors are not permitted on this Court
12. During Adult Sessions using 4 Courts the 5th Court is to be used by Juniors only
13. Juniors are not allowed in the Club after 8pm
14. The only exception to Rules 10-13 is during the Club and Munster Competition
